Sciatica refers to pain that radiates along the path of the sciatic nerve — which branches from your lower back through your hips and buttocks and down the back of each leg.
Sciatica most commonly occurs when a herniated disk or a bone spur on the spine compresses part of the nerve. It can also be due to any pressure on the nerve anywhere along the pathway of the nerve. This causes inflammation, pain and often some numbness in the affected leg.
Although the pain associated with sciatica can be severe, most cases resolve with just conservative treatments in a few weeks. People who continue to have severe sciatica after six weeks of treatment might be helped by surgery to relieve the pressure on the nerve.
Best physiotheraphy and best people...i truely recommend !!!
Great Experience...Excellent treatment.. Vigil Sir and team Tysm..😊 Great Physiotherapist😎 I personally recommend them
Never thought I would have to rate Dr. Vigil's clinic this low. I have been his patient since 2016 when he was the doctor at the clinic. The treatment was commendable and incomparable then. But today took my mom there ( Came to know Dr. Vigil himself doesn't visit the clinics anymore) and the experience was very disappointing. Not recommended till Dr. Vigil himself attends the patient.
